RETURN SHIPPING
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely
- We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring your return is processed promptly and efficiently
- Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so please make sure to use a reliable shipping method
REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item(s)
- You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, so you can shop again with confidence
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping costs
EXCHANGES
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process as above
